Eddie Mac is Back…With Cheese?

Denver Broncos wide receiver Ed McCaffrey and Pittsburgh-based PLB Sports, Inc. is introducing his new product Eddie Mac & Cheese to the Denver area and the world wide web. “It was only natural to create this macaroni and cheese for Ed. He has said countless of times that he makes mac and cheese for his three sons all the time. It is a McCaffrey household staple!” states Dawn Harvey, PLB Sports, Inc. Eddie Mac & Cheese joins the ever-growing McCaffrey food line, including McCaffrey’s Rocky Mountain Mustards and Ed’s Endzone O’s Cereal.

Both McCaffrey and PLB Sports, Inc. will donate a portion of the profits from Eddie Mac & Cheese to the McCaffrey Family Foundation. This foundation strives to improve the lives of Colorado children. It’s goal is two fold; to assist children whose medical situation has created a financial or academic hardship; and to assist children who show great promise through exceptional academics and hard work.
